I am keen to do a Masters in Media as i hv great comm. skills & am very interested in creative writing. What degree would be feasible for me

1) I have done my BA (History) in 2007 2) I have had unrelated work experience in front office and admin. Almost 5yrs of it 3) I have scored less than 50% in SSC, HSC and final year 4) I have an IELTS score of a band 8 (average) out of 9 5) I am looking for an affordable, govt. recognized course
