I am keep joining Broadcasting channel as Marketing manger. Have 6 years exp in media but not in channel

I am keen joining Broadcasting channel into Marketing. I am currently work for media company and have more than 5 years of experience in media marketing(online and offline) but not related to broadcasting. Please guide me how can move further to get into my area of interest job
