IAS means Indian Administartive srvice then UPSC notification will give u details.
Civil services examination will be ranked IAS ToP rankers based on avilability of vacancies,then IPS(police& postal) & IRS(railway&revenue)IFS(forest&foreign). Like dat, If u r meaning for IAS is different mention it
