I am late to fill the form of JEE Mains. Is there any other way to go for IIT entrance exam?

Sorry, you can not apply for the IIT JEE until next year. Better you should try for the individual tests held by private colleges. There are some the best colleges which conduct exam for the selection of candidates like:
SRM University
Bits Pilani
VIT University
Kalinga
Manipal
Thapar University
Jaypee Noida etc.
Another option is if you want to take admission in IIT or NIT only than you have to wait for the next year.

There is no other way to apply JEE Mains.
You better go through other university exams.
Only the correction for JEE is possible now.
