I am looking for an Engineering College in Southern States of India [Tamil Nadu, Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh] to join in 2012 after my 12th.
As I am not a rich person, I will not have money to pay Donations. I want a good college to study.

Simply apply to Anna University,Chennai, which controls all the Engineering Colleges in Tamilnadu (Aided & Self-financed) directly>purely on the basis of marks secured in 12th.
