I am looking for Diploma after 10th. Can I apply in specialization program in interior design course?

yes, you can
As mentioned before, some institutes do allow 10th passed students to pursue Diploma and certificate courses. ... Most of the professional interior design courses can only be pursued after completing 12th standard.
