I am looking for some best universities with either low or nil tuition fees to pursue Masters in Journalism and media from Germany.
I have done B.Tech in Electronics and Communication engineering with 6.8CGPA plus three years of work experience. I have IELTS 7.5 overall with 16 years of education and no gap. Please suggest me if I am eligible for Journalism.

Inorder to be eligible for studies without tuition fees. You would have to qualify for all the eligibility criteria laid out by the University. But for the specific course I coulnt find a university offering classes without tuition fee.
