I am looking for top liberal arts colleges, particularly in Delhi and Mumbai. Please suggest me some colleges.

I want admission in a liberal arts college so that I can also have an option to take transfer to colleges like Harvard. Please suggest me some top liberal arts colleges in India. Are Hindu, St Stephen's. (DU) liberal arts? I want college to have really good STEM, Politics, English.
