I am looking to give ACT or SAT. Can you provide me with all the procedures involved in the process for a foreign student?

I am currently in class 12th and have missed my KVPY by 2 marks.

For giving SAT, you have to register yourself on www.collegeboard.com. SAT exam is offered in October, November, December, March, May and June for international students.
