i am M.A-PGDTM. with work exp. of 12 yrs. working as showroom manager frm last 8 yrs. I dont see my career growth further in retail with family. last ctc-3.75. want stability in job so thinking of doing MBA-HR to boost my career. will it help? I am soft spoken,never worked in hyper market .frm whr?
