I am M.Tech (IT)qualified, am I eligible to depute myself for degree college(corporation) by producing some proof that I dont require NET

Sir I am presently working as a lecturer in corporation jr college and I am BE cse and M.Tech (IT) qualified. Now Our college also started Degree college with BA and BCom streams. Now some of our staff who had M.Phil/PhD have been deputed to handle the degree class. Pls tell me how I can get into it

    It baffles me as how are you teaching in Jr college to BA/B.Com as engineer. You are qualified to work in any private or government engineering college as Asst Prof. NET qualification is not required for engineering colleges. My suggestion is that you immediately switch over.
