I am MBA in Hospital Management. But I am not getting any job now. What to do now? Where I am lacking? Where I have to boost myself?

I have done MBA Hospital Management with 63.54%. I have worked for 1.5 yrs. I left the job since I was not getting any exposure in my career. Eventually there was no growth financially. I am searching for a new job in the same field but I am not getting any. What to do now? Please help me.
