<p>It's very creditable for desiring to resume studies after 10 years of work experience. You can pursue PhD from the top B schools or other premium institutions. First you have to decide on the university from which you want to do research. Then you may have to appear for entrance exam for acceptance of your candidature for PhD. Once this is done then you can search for a suitable guide and begin!</p>
