i am MBA with Marketing having 2 yrs experience in IT marketing but more interested inHR so pursuing HR this year.no one is considg in hr

Sir Actually i am MBA with Marketing having 2 yrs experience in IT marketing role but more interested into HR so pursuing HR this yrs.but whatever job opening i am getting is for IT no 1 is considering my resume for HR and also HR domain has very less jobs and other thing is my Fiyancy is defense.
