You can apply for those companies which provide package and job profile of your interest .

Frankly speaking I don't think it will worth it becouse if you work in current company taking 10% growth within two years you will be earning around 4.3 l p.a and get 2 years experience as well and if you join Ibs then you will pay 7 lacs and get package of 5-6 lacs p.a so it will require around 1 1
