I am mechanical graduate, Can I tak automation cours PLC SCADA, wat r my job oportuntis, Wil it suitable 4 only instrumentation students?

My aggregate is 75%, Am also interested on robotics, can I take both, Technocrat Automation in chennai is offering this course, Will companies hire mechanical students If they do automation or will they prefer Instrumentaion students please anybody suggest me. Thanks in advance
