    Hi Shaikh Mohasin,Yes, you are definitely eligible to write the UPSC once you are done with your graduation through a recognized university.To prepare, there is not any stringent ways to prepare and score 100% results, but it will depend on the student himself, his subjects of interests.     you can start by reading ncert for history goegraphy and science.ththey are the basics for g.s.you must start reading newspaper like the hindu and indian express.go for magzine chronicles for the start.go through the sylabbus of all the optionals and then choose your subject according to your intrest not according to trend.
