I am MSc BT bt working as QC lab analyst in Pharma.Confused weather to continue working in pharma without having degree in pharma or to go for higher studis in BT and go in reasearch or to do specialization in pharma so as to have gud career opp in pharma

Many times we land up the opportunity which are not in line iwth our basic education. urs is a same case. as u r already doing good as QC in Pharma, u should go for more specialization in this field only. Pharma Industry has tremendous scope of growth and major dearth of good professionals in india
