I am not a graduate but can i do MBA ? Are there any colleges that have MBA for people like me ?

Hi i think you should look up gems b school . They have a course called corporate integrated mba which is BBA+MBA combined . Its specially for nongraduats and diploma holders . hope this helps

Not from any Indian universities but you can do Diploma in Management from IGNOU However if you have completed 25 years of age and has significant work experience and can demonstrate your ability to manage business and ability to do management programme, you can do it full time from UK and Australia
