I am not a permanent residence of wb but my hometown is wb. How can I apply for domicile certificate and what is the link for that form?

If you are living in West Bengal and your father is working there for last 10 years, then only you can get domicile certificate of that state. For domicile certificate, go to that area block or government office and apply there.
