I am not able to clear JEE Mains. What are the options I have for B.Tech from government colleges?

If you can't clear JEE Mains, you can still pursue B.Tech through state-level entrance exams (e.g., MHT CET, WBJEE, KCET), institution-specific exams (e.g., BITSAT, VITEEE, SRMJEEE), state quota seats in government colleges, or private colleges with government-recognized programs.

Without JEE you not get addmissions in government college like IIT, NIT and IIT. So if want to try take addmission in good private engineering college, and prepare for GATE exams and qualify it and after completing your B.Tech you got addmissions in top IIT, NIT for M.Tech.
