I am not able to pay the BITSAT counselling fee online. What should I do?

If the candidates are not able to pay the BITSAT counselling fee online then they are advised to check their credit card/debit card/net banking details. If there is no problem with the details provided, then the candidates can contact the authorities to inform them about the problem with the payment
