I am not able to upload the images (Photo and signature) in KEAM application form. What may be the reason?

Photo, Signature, and other images to be uploaded in KEAM application form should have the specified dimensions and size. The specifications are as follows:
| Document | Format and Size |
|---|---|
| Candidate's Photograph | 150 px X 200 px 15 kb to 100 kb |
| Candidate's Signature | 150 px X 100 px 4 kb to 100 kb |
| All other certificates |
