The reasons that the candidate is not able to upload a photo in the SRMJEEE application form are:
- Bad internet connection
- Photo is not as per specification
Candidates must check the specifications to upload the scanned photo, which is as follows:

| Scanned photo candidate | 5 MB | 200 X 230 pixels |
| Scanned signature of the candidate | 5 MB | 140 X 60 pixels |
