I am not confident what to do after b.com ? in mba there is no value because now everyone is doing that only so please help me

If you think like that then this would create problems just for you as today there is crowd in each and every program. Management proffesion is very very creative. If You think you can creatively manage a business house then only you may choose MBA; otherwise not. MBA is more than a Degree .
