I am not filling JEE Mains 2018 form and I want to take admission in an engineering college. Can I take admission on the basis of 12th?

Sachin don't worry about the JEE Mains exam. Also, don't worry about any sate level exam, score well in only 12th, I am telling you, you will get a decent college. With admission, they will provide you scholarship also. Given your 12th exam without worrying about any thing. Best of luck for exam.

Hello Sachin, If you want to take admission in B.Tech, then many colleges take admission on the basis of JEE Mains marks but if you are unable to fill the form then try to fill other form such as UPSEE, WBJEE, COMED-K and some state level engineering exams.
