I am not financially so good, that I can afford full tuition fees, so I want to know abt any scholarship for fall 2013 in USA.

I want to get details about any scholarships , which I can apply , and get help in paying my tuition fees, in USA for the fall 2013. Plz let me know, if I can any idea about it or any part time job.
