i am not finding any information about delhi cee 2012.i am from bihar want to take admission in dtu or nsit?how can i get application form?

i am kumar gaurav from bihar want to give delhi cee 2012.how can i get form form for that?is jamia millia islamia a muslim collage i.e giving reservation to muslim?which collage i should take in place of dtu?how should i apply for that????????????
