I am not for Haryana, do I still need to produce any domicile certificate in HSTES counselling?

Yes. Other state candidates have to produce the domicile certificate issued by Competent Authority of the state the candidate belongs to. Or they can provide 10+2 or the latest qualification proof from a state other than Haryana or an affidavit from the parents working as Govt. Employee in a State other than the Haryana State.
