I am not that perfect in English. Do faculty members help in this? I am scared to join Christ University. I am average in studies.

Christ conducts its own exam. If you are able to pass that then you can take admission there. The faculty of Christ is very good and they will certainly help you. You will have to improve your English however. You will face very much trouble to focus on your studies there. I suggest that you join a coaching to improve your English that will help very much while studying in Christ.
