I am not understanding physics. I am trying more. But no matter. What to do?

First, read theory, understand and learn it's term used and formula. Try some simple numerical problem if you can solve them, then you can level up difficulty. But remember, only learn formulas by heart and understand the concept. Physics comes with practice. All the best. -
Don't worry. Physics is an interesting subject you just need to get the basics of concept. Don't try to go deep in the concept at very first attempt. First read theory, understand and learn it's term used and formula, try some simple numerical problem if you can solve them, then you can level up difficulty. But remember, only learn formula by heart and understand the concept. Physics comes with practice. All the best.
