I am not understanding whether I should choose B.Com or BBA.
I also wants to go for CS and my business studies is strong.

If you want to go for civil service, anything is fine. B.Com is more with finance and accounting and BBA is more with marketing and business strategy. So, based on your interest you can opt for anything. Both have their own advantages.
