I am now in the 2nd year of Computer Diploma which I took after 10th. So what options do I have in front of me?

I am studying Diploma in Computer Tech. 2nd Year. I had this question in my mind that what options do I have in front of me. Basically some advice me to do a Bachelor's Degree in technology. So I had in mind that can I do Bachelors degree Abroad? What will be the requirements including costs?
