I am of 29 and pursuing PGDBA(HR) frm SCDL,PUNE. what should i do after completion of course. I hav wrk ex of 2 yrs bt not in field of HR.
I have worked with SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as an executive(operations). Nw I am Pursuing Post Graduation Diploma In Business Administration with specialization Human Resource. Please guide me what should I do now? Is it necessary to study further or I can get an average profile job as a fresher

My suggestion shall be that start applying for job and seek appointment for further experience. Dont waste further on addind qualifications, jusr exploit what you ahve and then decide about such enhancements of knowledge as per job specific need. Best wishes.
