i am passed 12th pmc with 52% and i want to do b.com . kindly suggest me university and colledge for it.and tell me that can i make carrear

i am confused about my carrier plz tell me the best college and universities and tell me that how should i prepare for entrance exams of b.com and where should i apply for b.com .since i am student of up board and i belong to up so may i apply in other states also. and tell me the top places.
