Yes, you can appear and prepare for JEE 2021, firstly don't take any chances by dropping your B.Sc. But once you crack your JEE Main advance attain the counseling of JEE and if you get enrolled in engineering college then you can leave the B.Sc. And continue with engineering.

Yes, you can appear in JEE Main 2021. The registration process of JEE Main January 2021 session will be started in the first week of September, while February first week is for April 2021 session.
