Hello Pratik,
On the first place you must not think of any University degree for UG program of three/four years in one years. I have never come across any such offerings. However, few universities may offer you lateral entry to second year, if you have gap of one year after XII.

Dear Pathik, as far as I know there are no such college. Still you have an option of diploma in multimedia and animation of 1yr. This will help you.
