I am personally interested in the auto industry but management promises vertical growth. Which one should I choose?

I completed my B.Tech mechanical in 2017 and am currently working in the oil & gas industry and have 4 months of experience. I am confused about future decisions.

Hello Pratik, The oil industry has quite a lot of potential. But if your passion is in automobiles then you are in the wrong field. On the other hand, CTC would be much superior in oil industry only. May be you should allow yourself a couple of years in present employment and then review.
