I am persuading bsc biotechnology 2 nd year from DAVV university indore but want to do my 3rd year from barkatullah university bhopal. how?

I have completed my bsc biotechnology 2nd year from Holkar science college indore (DAVV), but now due to some reason I want to continue my 3rd year from barkatullah university bhopal, is this possible if yes then how?
