You are talking about two different functions. I do not see any value addition by holding both these qualifications. A Company Secretary is the legal custodian of a company. You can look at starting your own consultancy after gaining work experience. The MBA program on the other hand prepares you to take up a managerial position in the near future. An MBA program gives you an overall picture of how a company works and the role played by each department
