I am persuing B.com from Sikkim Manipal University Distance Course, when I took admission it was DEC approved

Now its the matter is still in the court means SMU has a stay order, I am Preparing for CAT exam , I have doubt in case IIMS would refuse the degree as SMU because of thealled SMU same issue, what should I will be doing. I called SMU helpdesk they said there is no such issues still I Doubted
