You have got 2 choices broadly:
1. Post-Graduation in India
2. Post-Graduation Abroad
1. In India: i. You can go for M.Tech at various IITs, NITs IISC and other premier institites for which you require GATE score. Work exp is not necessary.
ii. Secondly, you can go for MBA at IIMs
