Hi Tekchand,
1) After B.Tech you may either opt for higher studies or find a job.
Generally, after B.Tech, students opt for M.Tech for advance technical knowledge OR MBA if in case interested in management side.
If this doesn't excite you then you may even opt for specialized advance short-t
