Soon after the completion of BCA course, I suggest you to join in job opportunity rather than going for higher studies. But do this if you get any good job opportunity by the time you complete your BCA course. Don't leave higher studies for the sake of job that you got in ordinary company

it is upto you and your interest if your interest is in the software development than MCA is the best option for you otherwise MBA is good option for you.
