Hi Prashanth. To win an IAS exam and to get into the cadre. You must be a graduate in any stream. Age Limit is 21-30yrs. You got Four attempts to write the exam. In preliminary you must select one subject and general knowledge and logical questions too. Once you pass the preliminary with the subject
