i am persuing m.sc in environmental science from presidency university.and nw i waana do my ph.d from abroad universities.i have secured a first class marks in the said exam.it would be agreat help if u can recommend me that how to plan myself to go to abroad?and how can i score good marks in toefl?

UK can also be a good destination for your PhD...for admission in UK universities you will have to clear IELTS (international english language testing system) exam,,,and is you score very good marks in exam then you will be provided with scholarships!!
