You need not do GRE. You can get masters degree in civil engineeinr admission based on your ug marks. UK univeristies is offering one year PG at the same cost in singapore. Tuiton fees will be around 5 to 6 lacs and lliving expenses you ahv to show for visa purpose will be around 4 lacs. You have to

Hi Chouhan, if you want to do M.E in different stream from NUS then you must have 2 years of minimum experiences and good GRE score. If you want to do M.S.C Sustainable Building Design will be available in Building Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore. Better you choose the right one, both are
