I am persuing my MBBS from a government college in PUNE, Maharashtra. I am planning to go to australia for further studies. please guide

i dont have any idea about the entrance we need to appear, nor the cost. i know about usmle but no idea of australia's medical license exams. please help me out with procedure, expense and stipend we get during the course.
