    Hi,
With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you as universities in Canada requires 16 years of education for admission in their masters program
For your reference find below some of the finest universities in UK offering masters in computer science and related fields:
    Plymouth University.
    Warwick University.
    Manchester Metropolitan University.
    All the Best.

    Hi,
Yes of course you can proceed further provided you qualify the admission criteria for a respective program, college and country.
Studying Abroad is not a luxury but rather it's a once in a lifetime opportunity you can't afford to miss. Besides being fun and exciting, study abroad is a unique life changing experience that will help you grow academically, personally and prepare you for your career.
