I am planning for MCITP .. Is it a good paying line ? Also i am planning for MBA-IT . Please help me finding a path for good job and growth.

I am a BCA graduate completed in 2011. I joined 6 months course for J2WCD. I didnt gave any interview unfortunaly i had to join a BPO for tech support in Microsoft products. NOw i want to join MCITP or any course which will help me get back to IT sector with a good paying job and growth.
